WORKS
Dr. sc. Sandra Marković is one of the founding partners of the MMG Law Office, She is one of the region's leading experts in the field of constitutional law and human rights. Sandra has a unique twenty-one-year experience of working at the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Croatia as an advisor (senior constitutional court advisor-mentor) and head of the Advisory Service of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Croatia.
In parallel, since 2013, Sandra is an external lecturer at the Department of Constitutional Law, Faculty of Law, University of Zagreb, in the scientific profession, where she teaches constitutional law.
She is also an arbitrator in proceedings with and without an international character before the Permanent Court of Arbitration at the Croatian Chamber of Commerce.
After her constitutional court career, Sandra decided to continue her career in the legal profession, in order to continue to upgrade her views on the practice of constitutional law and implement in practice the acquired knowledge of the Constitutional Court and convention.
The development of the legal profession further took Sandra to the field of specialization according to constitutional and convention law through the legal profession, and in 2018 started her own practice with Sidonija and Dino.
The Steering Board of the Croatian Bar Association has recognized Sandra's specialization in the field of constitutional law.
Sandra advises and represents parties primarily in the field of her specialization - constitutional law and human rights. Based on her extensive experience and knowledge, Sandra specializes in drafting constitutional complaints, as well as appeals, lawsuits and revision submissions, initially in the field of civil and administrative law, which raises issues of constitutional law and human rights and drafting requests to the European Court of Human Rights. He also participates in defenses in criminal proceedings in team legal work with lawyers in the field of criminal law who cooperate with the MGG office, from the aspect of convention and constitutional law.
Sandra is an active scientist and researcher and shares her specific knowledge with the academic and professional community through her scientific and professional papers, published in some of the most prestigious scientific journals. Also, Sandra gives lectures at numerous conferences and lectures at several institutions. Sandra holds a PhD from the Faculty of Law, University of Zagreb on the topic “Interpretive Methods of Jurisprudence of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Croatia” under the mentorship of prof. dr. sc. Branka Smerdela. She also completed the Executive Program Leaders in Development - Harvard University, The John F. Kennedy School of Government.
Sandra is the Deputy President of the Croatian Society for Civil Law Sciences and Practice.

Domagoj graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Zagreb in May 2021 on the subject "Legal status of artificial intelligence - current issues and doubts" and obtained the title of Master of Laws (mag.iur). During his studies at the Faculty of Law, he started working in MGG law office as a student and continued working in the office after graduation as a trainee lawyer.
Domagoj completed the training program in the field of public procurement "Public procurement and implementation of projects financed from ESI funds" held in September 2021.
Domagoj passed the bar exam in February 2023 and was enrolled in the Croatian Bar Association on July 11, 2024.
During his career as a lawyer at the MGG law office, he directed his professional interest in the field of civil and commercial law, as well as administrative law, especially working on cases related to tax law and public procurement.
Domagoj also intensively participates in the MGG LAW office on representation cases in the field of exercising rights related to issues from EU-funds and exercising the protection of intellectual property rights.

Zajedničkom odvjetničkom uredu dr. sc. Sandra Marković, Sidonija Grbavac i dr. sc. Dino Gliha pridružila se u srpnju 2023. na poziciji odvjetničke vježbenice. Položila je pravosudni ispit u svibnju 2025.
She perfected her written and oral legal expression skills by participating in the Regional moot court Ana has refined her oral and written legal communication skills by participating in the Regional Moot Court Competition in Human Rights and also by volunteering for the Law Clinic of the University of Zagreb. She is the recipient of the Dean’s Award (2020, 2021, 2022) and the Rector’s Award (2022).
Ana’s interest in the field of legal practice is oriented towards human rights protection, European Union law and civil law. She extensively collaborates with principals in the processes of creating written applications and conducting case law analyses in the fields of civil, constitutional and ECHR law.

Sidonija is one of the founding partners of the MGG Law Office. Sidonija is a top-tier litigator, with over twenty years of active legal experience representing in court. She practiced law in one of the most respectable law firms in the field of civil law, damages and insurance rights, in the Republic of Croatia, until 2018, when she started her own law office with Sandra and Dino.
Sidonija's area of professional interest and long-term practice is civil law, primarily litigation for damages in general, as well as issues arising from the field of insurance, land registry law, family law and inheritance law.
Sidonija has focused her legal career on family law cases and litigation for damages..
Sidonija's exceptional litigation skills are reflected in her professional and skilful representation in court proceedings and in the argumentation of submissions to courts and other state bodies based on litigation thinking and the scientific background she builds on her doctoral studies at the Faculty of Law, University of Zagreb, in civil and family law. science.

Dr. sc. Dino Gliha diplomirao je pravo (2016.) i doktorirao (2022.) na Pravnom fakultetu Sveučilišta u Zagrebu. U sklopu doktorskog istraživanja boravio je na Max Planck institutu za inovacije i tržišno natjecanje u Münchenu (2020.–2021.). Također je završio MBA program na poslovnoj školi thePowerMBA u Madridu u suradnji s Harvard Business Publishingom (2021.) te poslijediplomski studij Artificial Intelligence for Business na Saïd Business Schoolu Sveučilišta u Oxfordu (2025.). Tijekom akademskog obrazovanja Dino je dobitnik brojnih stipendija i priznanja za akademsku i sportsku izvrsnost.
Dino je konzultant i pravni zastupnik specijaliziran za prava intelektualnog vlasništva te razvoj kreativnih i inovativnih projekata. U svom radu primjenjuje holistički, interdisciplinarni pristup koji objedinjuje pravnu i stratešku perspektivu. To the joint law office of Dr. sc. Sandra Marković, Sidonija Grbavac and Ph.D. Dino Gliha joined in November 2020 doing a student internship, and after graduating from college she continued working as a trainee lawyer. She passed the bar exam in May 2024.
At the end of her studies, she obtained a certificate of successfully completed program - "Jean Monnet certificate in the EU Internal Market Law including Fundamental Rights in the EU and Jurisdiction and the role of the Court of Justice of the EU".
In June 2022, she obtained a certificate of successful completion of the DL-101HR General Intellectual Property Course, World Intellectual Property Organization, WIPO ACADEMY.
Carla's interest in legal practice is directed towards civil law, where Carla's communication skills, work in the field, as well as writing submissions and participation with principals from the MGG law office in the preparation of cases in the field of civil law, work with foreigners and work on items from the field of intellectual property.
